This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Design, test, launch, and oversee marketing campaigns utilizing Marketo, encompassing email, webinars, events, web, advertising, and nurturing programs.
• Administer campaign requests through an organized ticketing and project management system using Adobe Workfront.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing to confirm that campaigns, assets, tracking, and integrations operate correctly before launch.
• Create and verify audience targeting criteria using Marketo and Salesforce data to align with campaign goals.
• Diagnose issues within Marketo and Salesforce, identify underlying causes, and apply effective solutions.
• Preserve campaign documentation, operational standards, and process guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to grasp business goals and convert requirements into scalable campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and aid in reporting, data integrity, and operational best practices.
• Proactively seek ways to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and improve the overall marketing technology landscape.
• Juggle multiple projects concurrently while consistently adhering to deadlines and upholding high-quality standards.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Proven experience in building and executing campaigns in Adobe Marketo is essential.
• Experience in independently constructing, testing, quality assuring, and deploying Marketo email, webinar, event, web, and nurturing programs, including audience segmentation, complex smart list creation, smart campaigns, tokens, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, covering campaigns, leads, contacts, and reporting.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proven track record of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-driven and able to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with learning new technologies, adapting to shifting priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
