Marketing & Creative Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Provide support for both the operational and creative aspects of a developing digital marketing agency.

• Assist in organizing projects, coordinating social media content, and contributing to graphics and short-form videos.

• Collaborate closely with a team-oriented group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in marketing operations, social media, administrative support, or a comparable role.

• Fundamental experience in scheduling and publishing social media content.

• Basic graphic design abilities using Canva and/or Adobe.

• Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar programs).

• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong proficiency in written English and effective communication skills.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.

• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable adhering to established processes (SOPs).

• Nice to Have

• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot).

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.

• A creative perspective for social media content and branding.

• Experience in creating or editing short-form video content.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
