This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manages the intake of campaigns, clarifies requests, prioritizes tasks, routes workflows, and establishes execution timelines with stakeholders in marketing, creative, compliance, digital, and analytics.
• Keeps structured project tracking to record campaign status, responsible parties, due dates, dependencies, risks, and subsequent steps.
• Develops emails, journeys, lists, segments, landing pages, and form integrations as necessary within authorized marketing automation platforms.
• Oversees deployment quality assurance, covering links, rendering, tracking, suppressions, data accuracy, approvals, and compliance procedures.
• Establishes and upholds repeatable operating processes for naming conventions, tracking parameters, data capture, intake requirements, handoff standards, and campaign documentation.
• Evaluates tactical performance, safeguards deliverability standards, and identifies underperforming tactics, workflow gaps, or execution risks for optimization.
• Resolves issues related to campaign building, data, routing, and deployment by collaborating with IT, analytics, creative, and platform resources for solutions.
• Maintains documentation, release notes, status updates, and process records for campaign builds, workflow adjustments, and deployment activities.
• Promotes continuous improvement by recognizing repeatable processes, minimizing execution obstacles, and enhancing launch readiness across campaign teams.
• Works closely with campaign managers, product marketing, commercial operations, and shared services to ensure clear ownership, timely execution, and operational alignment.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating structured marketing workflows, managing campaign traffic, and supporting digital campaign execution with a keen focus on detail, QA discipline, and process compliance.
• Familiarity with campaign intake processes, segmentation, tracking standards, project handoffs, and marketing operations support workflows.
• Preferred degree concentration in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
• Practical experience with marketing automation, deployment QA, campaign documentation, structured workflow tracking, and campaign data governance.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, and marketing operations processes.
• Proficiency in any project management tool, such as Asana, WorkFront, Wrike, etc.
• Experience utilizing project management or work management tools to prioritize tasks, track deliverables, manage dependencies, and facilitate cross-functional execution.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced Certified Admin or Developer or equivalent experience in other Marketing Automation Platforms.
