This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support the planning and organization of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events for venues.
• Maintain timelines and marketing calendars across several venues.
• Liaise with venue managers to ensure that deadlines, content requests, and approvals are fulfilled.
• Oversee artwork requests and manage the marketing workflow between venues and the design team.
• Keep marketing trackers, project plans, and reporting documents up to date.
• Aid in promotional planning for major sporting events, seasonal campaigns, and partnerships with suppliers.
• Develop and sustain content calendars across various venue brands.
• Schedule and post social media content.
• Assist in community management and engagement with customers.
• Source, organize, and manage content for venues, including photography and video assets.
• Track social media performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Manage and update Google Business Profiles across the venue portfolio.
• Update trading hours, events, promotions, menus, and venue information.
• Monitor reviews and assist venue teams with response management.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure listings are accurate and optimized.
• Coordinate marketing asset libraries and digital filing systems.
• Assist with supplier marketing activations and promotional initiatives.
• Support venue websites by updating content and event listings.
• Aid in PR administration, manage media lists, and explore community engagement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Create basic marketing materials using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Adapt existing creative assets for use in social media, digital screens, POS, and promotions.
• Assist the internal design team with production tasks and asset preparation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, social engagement, and venue activities.
• Keep an eye on competitor activities and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools to boost productivity, streamline content creation, and improve reporting workflows.
• Recognize repetitive manual tasks that could be automated.
• Assist in the development of marketing processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency within the marketing function.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, digital marketing, and hospitality technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or project coordination.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Canva and social media management platforms.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and the confidence to follow up with team members for actions and approvals.
