This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct quality assurance evaluations for customer communications, lifecycle marketing programs, and digital marketing efforts.
• Verify content, links, personalization, audience selections, dynamic content, rendering, accessibility, and readiness for deployment.
• Detect, document, and address quality concerns before campaign launches.
• Create, oversee, and sustain testing roadmaps, optimization calendars, and experimentation programs that align with marketing performance goals.
• Examine trends and deliver insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Perform audits of marketing initiatives, campaign setups, tracking parameters, documentation, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, lifecycle marketers, analytics teams, and marketing technology stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, email marketing, campaign management, quality assurance, analytics, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in conducting quality assurance reviews and validation tasks within marketing or digital settings.
• Skilled in generating reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Familiarity with supporting testing programs, campaign optimization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of campaign tracking methodologies, UTM parameters, and digital analytics practices.
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholder groups and managing competing priorities.
