This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and manage the marketing technology stack and digital channels, including HubSpot, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Strategize, create, and implement integrated multi-channel campaigns across all platforms — email, paid search, paid social, PPC — from initial strategy and brief through to post-campaign analysis.
• Design and oversee demand generation initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and driving a qualified sales pipeline, concentrating on top-of-funnel lead acquisition strategies.
• Configure and enhance HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing sequences, landing pages, and audience segmentation to optimize engagement and conversion throughout the sales funnel.
• Direct the paid acquisition strategy across search, social, and paid agentic/answer engine channels; manage budget allocation, targeting, and continuous optimization for pipeline contributions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to establish lead handoff criteria, attribution models, and closed-loop reporting linking marketing efforts to revenue results.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, pipeline contributions, and tech stack usage; provide insights to leadership against benchmarks and internal growth objectives.
• Document marketing operations processes and campaign playbooks; develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train teams on platform usage, campaign workflows, and execution standards.
• Over 5 years of marketing experience with direct responsibility for demand generation programs, multi-channel campaign execution, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven expertise as a HubSpot power user or administrator — including workflows, campaigns, lead management, and reporting; familiarity with WordPress, Salesforce, and paid media platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience in the enterprise SaaS sector with direct alignment to a B2B sales team.
• A solid track record of establishing and consistently achieving aggressive pipeline, lead generation, or revenue-influenced marketing objectives.
• Exceptional attention to detail with experience in campaign quality assurance, A/B testing, data hygiene, multi-touch attribution, and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of AI/agentic search and answer engine optimization (AEO/GEO) as emerging channels for demand generation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear process documentation, lead cross-functional training, and present data-driven insights to leadership.
