Marketing Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the MarTech stack from start to finish: HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, ABM and intent platforms, advertising platforms, webinar tools, and the integrations that connect them.

• Manage the operational aspects of the client's website: overseeing CMS administration, integrations, technical implementation of conversion paths, forms, tracking, and tag management.

• Ensure data governance: maintaining contact database integrity, deduplication, enrichment, list management, and enforcing compliance and consent policies.

• Develop and continually enhance campaign infrastructure, workflows, lead scoring, routing, and comprehensive funnel attribution reporting.

• Oversee marketing reporting and dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools, concentrating on metrics that demonstrate pipeline contribution and improvement in conversion rates.

• Leverage AI to enhance execution, automate repetitive tasks, generate insights more quickly, and consistently elevate the performance of a lean team.

• Act as the internal subject matter expert for the entire MarTech stack, managing integrations, evaluating tools, maintaining vendor relationships, and creating documentation.

• Collaborate closely with RevOps on shared data, attribution, routing, scoring, and service level agreements (SLAs).


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a heavily operational digital marketing role within B2B SaaS.

• Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce; relevant certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience with technical ownership of WordPress.

• An AI-native mindset with proven experience using AI tools to automate workflows, expedite execution, and enhance operational efficiency; Claude Code is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field.

• Experience in high-growth environments where processes and structures are still developing.

• HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred; additional MarTech certifications are a plus!
