This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Marketing team's Microsoft Planner board, ensuring that projects are systematically organized, up-to-date, and progressing as planned.
• Assist in managing timelines for ongoing marketing initiatives and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with team members to keep projects advancing and follow up on pending tasks.
• Preserve marketing templates, documentation, and shared resources.
• Act as the operational center for the Marketing team by tracking recurring deadlines, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
• Maintain checklists, timelines, and task lists for ongoing marketing processes.
• Ensure that recurring initiatives (such as newsletters, HQ Downloads, email campaigns, conference milestones, onboarding tasks, Google Business Profile setups, etc.) are completed punctually.
• Enhance and refine department workflows to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Develop email campaigns utilizing existing templates and content supplied by the Marketing team.
• Manage email audiences and audience segments. Import customer lists via CSV and assign the appropriate audience segments for campaigns.
• Schedule email campaigns in accordance with the marketing calendar. Generate campaign reports, update reporting spreadsheets, and archive reports.
• Take ownership of the monthly Surface Experts company newsletter, from content collection to distribution.
• Gather content for company newsletters via content submission forms and emails from franchisees.
• Create the monthly company newsletter using the established template. Coordinate with proofreaders and revise the scheduled newsletter. Maintain the internal email audience by adding new employees and archiving inactive email addresses.
• Help ensure that each monthly newsletter is delivered accurately and punctually.
• Monitor the Surface Experts Marketing inbox. Address routine marketing inquiries and direct more complex requests to the appropriate team member.
• Assist franchisees with marketing inquiries and resources.
• Create Location pages for new franchisees using predefined templates and update existing Location pages upon request.
• Conduct routine website content updates in WordPress.
• Establish Google Business Profiles for new franchise locations using established templates. Guide franchisees through the Google Business Profile verification process and update business profile information as required.
• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail.

• Process-oriented and enjoys creating order from various moving parts.
