This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and manage marketing dashboards and pipelines, focusing on pipeline pacing, attribution, and performance metrics across MQL, SAL, SQL, and pipeline revenue.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Operations to monitor goal achievement, lead distribution, and segmentation strategies.
β’ Establish attribution frameworks and data models that clarify and substantiate marketing performance.
β’ Detect high-friction, repetitive tasks within the marketing team and create proactive solutions that minimize manual work and accelerate execution.
β’ Work alongside marketers to comprehend their workflows, then design tools and automations that they will genuinely utilize.
β’ Develop and document reusable agent templates and playbooks to enable the team to independently initiate new automations as needed.
β’ Provide support for essential marketing tools, including HubSpot, CRM integrations, intent tools, and lead routing.
β’ Facilitate AI enablement for the marketing department: conducting workshops, creating playbooks, and providing hands-on coaching.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a Go-To-Market engineer role within a B2B SaaS organization.
β’ Proficient SQL capabilities and familiarity with a data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
β’ Proven experience in building automations and integrations (APIs, webhooks, workflow tools).
β’ Experience with Salesforce, LeanData, and HubSpot is essential, while familiarity with HockeyStack, Seam, Unify, and Qualified is an added advantage.
β’ Currently utilizing AI tools in your workflow and possessing a perspective on their effectiveness.
β’ Well-organized, self-motivated, and focused on documentation and scalability in your work.
