Marketing Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Creation of advertising creatives: videos and static visuals according to specifications

• Adaptation of creatives for various platforms and formats

• Testing new formats and AI tools

• Preparation of completed folders of creatives for payment and handover for work

• Rapid implementation of solutions and creatives into testing and scaling of the product

• Collaboration with performance marketing and skilled marketers

• Completion of selection stages: HR interview, test task, interview with the manager, Job Offer

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Motion Designer

• Proficient in Figma and CapCut

• Skills in video editing and adapting creatives for various formats

• Understanding of composition principles, hierarchy, and visual storytelling

• Experience with AI tools for content creation — must have

• Self-organization and ability to independently achieve task outcomes

• Experience with Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Google AI Studio, or other AI tools is a plus

• Experience in a performance team is a plus
