This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.
• Design and implement omnichannel retention strategies aimed at minimizing churn, enhancing engagement, and fostering customer lifetime value.
• Cultivate a test-and-learn environment by integrating experimentation and optimization into the planning of retention campaigns.
• Convert campaign and customer performance data into practical insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across departments to support retention initiatives that align with both customer and business objectives.
• Observe customer behaviors, market trends, and competitor activities to pinpoint areas for retention enhancement.
• Organize, schedule, and execute retention campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Create, build, quality-check, schedule, and send retention email campaigns, including customer-facing copy, setup, and execution within marketing platforms.
• Maintain active participation in campaign execution processes, including targeting, fulfillment, launch coordination, and optimization.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets, customer lists, reporting files, and communications.
• Incorporate A/B testing and test-and-learn methodologies into campaign strategies to enhance messaging, offers, timing, and targeting.
• Collaborate with Analytics and relevant stakeholders to establish KPIs, assess campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on retention, upgrade, and engagement metrics to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular performance updates, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, or campaign management.
• Proven experience managing intricate, multi-market campaigns in a dynamic environment.
• Practical experience executing email campaigns using CRM or marketing automation platforms, encompassing campaign setup, quality assurance, deployment, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience in developing and refining targeted marketing strategies centered on customer retention and engagement.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across various functions.
