This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
• Help in crafting messaging, positioning, and marketing content that aligns with business objectives.
• Perform research on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive environments.
• Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital marketing, events, and content initiatives to generate new leads, opportunities, and contribute to the pipeline.
• Collaborate with Communications, Creative, and various business units to ensure alignment with industry priorities, messaging, and campaign execution.
• Aid in the creation of marketing materials and resources for sales enablement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting and analysis.
• Maintain documentation related to marketing, project plans, and campaign assets.
• Participate in events, webinars, and marketing programs as needed.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives within the marketing department.
• Facilitate marketing initiatives that align with Public Sector and Defense priorities, customer missions, and federal acquisition cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area.
• Experience in supporting marketing campaigns, content production, or event management.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and campaign execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Foundational understanding of federal clients, government contracting environments, and federal procurement processes.
