Marketing Manager, Leave of Absence Cover

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive AI and Data ecosystem activation programs across events, experiences, communications, and collaborative content initiatives.

• Oversee integrated marketing and communications efforts that align with ecosystem and business objectives.

• Coordinate the planning and execution of global ecosystem events and activations.

• Collaborate with business leadership, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional marketing and communications teams.

• Foster stakeholder engagement and cultivate strong relationships with senior business leaders.

• Supervise experience design to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compliant programs.

• Assist in developing scalable messaging and marketing content.

• Monitor program performance metrics, KPIs, ROI, and activation effectiveness.

• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement and optimization across activation programs.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects within tight deadlines and adapting business priorities.

• Contribute to change management initiatives that support the evolving marketing and communications operating model.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.

• Proven experience in event marketing, project management, and communications is required.

• Experience in supporting large-scale marketing activations and cross-functional initiatives is required.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across matrixed teams is required.

• Strong organizational, communication, and program management skills are required.

• Experience in ecosystem or partner marketing environments is preferred.

• Background in supporting AI, Data, or technology-related marketing initiatives is preferred.

• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and high-visibility environment is preferred.

• Experience in global professional services organizations is preferred.
