This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Oversee, implement, and manage marketing initiatives across the region.
• Monitor and enhance the competitive positioning across all target groups (orthodontists, general practitioners, treatment coordinators, patients).
• Develop a bi-annual marketing strategy aligned with global marketing priorities and objectives established by the Chief Marketing Officer.
• Formulate and execute the DM regional market strategy to establish a presence in the specific market/region.
• Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to deploy local initiatives and contribute regional insights for brand and global campaigns.
• Manage the regional marketing budget with the oversight and approval of the Chief Marketing Officer, reporting under each category (communications/events/ClinEd...).
• Provide support to Sales and Customer Experience teams within the region.
• Work with the Communication and Graphic Design team to produce compelling copy and content for events, campaigns, sales enablement, branding, and social media efforts.
• Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement drip campaigns, email marketing, re-marketing, and lead generation activities in the region, contributing to the overall strategy.
• Organize and oversee events such as webinars, scientific congresses, study clubs, and masterclasses to generate ROI and enhance brand visibility.
• Proactively initiate local experiments and activities to foster growth and brand recognition.
• Assess opportunities and cultivate relationships for partnerships and advertising.
• Develop a community of advocates by engaging industry leaders, social influencers, and the medical and technology sectors.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in marketing.
• Expertise in establishing and optimizing 360-degree integrated marketing programs.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Knowledgeable about the latest regulations, trends, and best practices in communications and marketing.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• Fluent in Italian (preferred) OR Spanish and English.
• Experience in B2B Dental or Orthodontics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with startup or scaleup environments.
• Advanced IT proficiency and a strong appreciation for emerging technologies.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools such as SalesForce Pardot.
