This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns across film, television, streaming, and live events—from initial concept to launch and optimization.
• Transform high-level marketing strategies into executable campaign plans that enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Compose concise and strategic creative briefs that detail objectives, target audiences, messaging, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce captivating and innovative campaign assets.
• Foster audience growth and engagement across various digital channels, including social media, email, and distribution platforms.
• Oversee campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and cross-functional workflows to guarantee timely execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, assess key metrics, and continually optimize for enhanced results.
• Track and report on conversion metrics such as ticket sales, subscriptions, and customer acquisition.
• Utilize expertise in direct-to-consumer and subscription-based models to promote growth, retention, and lifetime value.
• Remain updated on entertainment trends, audience behaviors, and competitive campaigns to guide strategy.
• Work collaboratively across content, creative, production, and growth teams to ensure alignment on all initiatives.
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing entertainment content (film, television, streaming, or live events).
• Demonstrated success in executing full-funnel campaigns that yield measurable business outcomes (e.g., ticket sales, subscriptions).
• Strong grasp of direct-to-consumer and subscription-based business models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams from strategy through to execution.
• Experience in writing creative briefs and leading cross-functional campaign development.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns effectively.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
• Preferred: Experience within a studio, streaming platform, or similar media environment.
