This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Contribute to the development of the operating system for human longevity.
• Establish how Virtusan communicates across all our operational channels, taking responsibility for the outcomes.
• Report directly to the Managing Director.
• Lead the development of value propositions across our product range: smart ring, app, red light therapy devices, and upcoming products.
• Manage B2C messaging for various segments: app users, ring purchasers, and health-conscious early adopters.
• Test and refine messaging based on engagement data in close collaboration with the product team.
• Oversee our website and ensure updates are made during product launches, campaigns, and seasonal priorities.
• Manage and optimize our Shopify store: product launches, descriptions, landing pages, and conversion elements.
• Support the setup of fulfillment and logistics in preparation for our US market launch.
• Take charge of App Store and Play Store positioning: listings, keywords, visuals, and performance in downloads and activations.
• Define and manage content strategy across YouTube, email, and in-app communications.
• Operate our YouTube channel (80K subscribers): scripting, briefing, publishing, optimization, and audience engagement.
• Create written content—newsletters, blog posts, and web copy—that enhances positioning and drives customer acquisition.
• Manage the content calendar; later on, reactivate additional social media channels.
• Plan, write, and execute lifecycle and campaign emails through Brevo. Oversee subscriber growth and the quality of funnel touchpoints. Test, iterate, and report on performance, drawing your own conclusions.
• 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2C product or B2B SaaS environment, with a strong sense of ownership over results.
• Proven capability to develop product messaging strategies, not merely execute them.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English across various formats: email, long-form, short-form, UX copy, and video scripts.
• Experience with GenAI tools and AI-assisted/automated marketing workflows.
• Data-driven mindset: you monitor results, draw conclusions, and make adjustments proactively.
• Takes initiative: makes well-reasoned decisions independently rather than waiting for guidance. Tackles problems head-on.
• Located in the EU timezone, working as an independent contractor.

• App marketing experience.
• Familiarity with wellness, fitness, and longevity topics.
• B2B marketing experience in premium or professional services.
• Previous experience in Performance Marketing.
