This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Primary emphasis on lead generation and performance reporting against targets.
• Implementing successful lead generation campaigns to achieve the annual sales objectives.
• Accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Formulate strategies and approaches to enhance lead generation and foster customer engagement and retention.
• Create and execute effective marketing campaigns, overseeing their progression from concept to delivery.
• Test and evaluate a variety of organic and paid channels for acquisition, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation initiatives, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Focus on continuous learning and improvement in new lead generation practices.
• Oversee daily activities of marketing team members, assisting them with the campaigns they are executing.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns and communication strategies.
• Track and manage performance: ability to monitor project progress against established plans.
• Possess strong analytical skills to report on ROI and key marketing metrics.
• Understanding of brand, marketing, and communication principles, combined with a robust commercial orientation and the capacity to execute high-impact marketing activities that yield a return on investment.
• Manage and produce content for the company website.
• Design and develop email marketing content in line with brand standards.
• Create social media content and engage with followers.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization through content and keyword strategies.
• Monitor website performance metrics.
• Develop communication plans for new product launches.
• Write press releases for events, new products, and customer case studies.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Experience in B2B marketing.
