This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the entire acquisition process from the initial click to the point of paid conversion.
• Administer substantial advertising budgets across various markets, including Google Ads and Meta.
• Create high-converting landing pages and conduct ongoing A/B tests.
• Effectively drive email marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
• Lead and nurture a marketing team by setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align with growth objectives.
• 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in paid acquisition management.
• SaaS experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in B2B, B2C, or prosumer markets.
• Passionate about writing compelling headlines, ad copy, landing page content, and email subject lines.
• Results-driven with a strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and MRR impact.
• Proficient in building landing pages on HubSpot and addressing attribution challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to segment data and derive valuable insights.
• Organized and inquisitive, capable of managing multiple campaigns while staying informed about market trends.
