This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance Lilli's inbound and outbound lead generation across both B2B and B2C channels.

• Develop, manage, and continually refine HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring mechanisms.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing-sourced leads are well-qualified and transitioned effectively.

• Provide reports on pipeline contributions, lead quality, and the return on investment of marketing efforts.

• Partner with external affairs and sales to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, organic, social, content) that align with commercial objectives.

• Oversee and enhance Lilli's digital footprint, including the website, SEO, LinkedIn presence, and more.

• Monitor and assess campaign performance, maintaining a clear focus on what is effective and what requires adjustment.

• Lead the planning and execution of Lilli's participation in industry events, conferences, and partner webinars.

• Assist the team with new bids and procurement responses by writing, formatting, and compiling compelling submissions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we possess the evidence needed to secure new business.

• Work in conjunction with sales, external affairs, product, and customer success teams to maintain consistent and credible messaging across all touchpoints.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess strong B2B marketing experience in social care, local government, or the NHS.

• You have a deep understanding of HubSpot, not just the fundamentals—you've built workflows, established lead scoring, and resolved issues in non-converting sequences.

• You are an excellent writer, capable of crafting engaging LinkedIn posts, persuasive nurture emails, and effective bid response paragraphs.

• You are data-driven and can clearly articulate your actions and their significance.

• You have experience managing events, from logistics to follow-up, and know how to make an impactful presentation.

• You are a self-starter who doesn't require guidance on your next steps.

• You are passionate about the mission. Lilli aims to assist vulnerable individuals in living well at home for longer, and this resonates with you.

• Bonus if you possess:

• Familiarity with the TEC/telecare landscape.

• Experience in supporting bid writing or public sector procurement responses.
