This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Strategize, implement, and enhance PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for both internal brands and client accounts.
• Perform keyword analysis, audience segmentation, and budget adjustments to maximize return on investment.
• Analyze campaign performance and consistently adjust strategies based on insights and market trends.
• Oversee multiple client accounts with an emphasis on performance, retention, and client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their goals, set up accounts, and present results along with recommendations.
• Provide clear, actionable reports and insights regarding campaign performance.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in PPC, paid social, and digital advertising best practices.
• Formulate and implement marketing strategies across various business divisions.
• Design and manage inbound marketing campaigns, including email, SEO, content, and social media efforts.
• Lead content creation initiatives encompassing blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Construct and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows.
• Oversee website updates and performance in partnership with internal and external teams.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to synchronize marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and business divisions.
• Organize content calendars and create SEO-driven content strategies.
• Produce and distribute social media content, while engaging with audiences across various platforms.
• Develop sales enablement materials, case studies, and client-facing resources.
• Support webinars, podcasts, and initiatives in thought leadership.
• Assist with trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns as required.
• Work with leadership to shape and expand digital marketing services for clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing performance, processes, and tools.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings within the organization.
• Aid in defining the long-term structure of the marketing and digital services team.
• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with substantial hands-on experience in PPC (Google Ads and Meta).
• Demonstrated capability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns with quantifiable results.
• Background in broader marketing functions such as content, email, SEO, and campaign strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience in managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are preferred.
