This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and spearhead Dexerto’s B2B marketing and industry positioning strategy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Dexerto’s visibility across the advertising, media, gaming, entertainment, and creator economy sectors.
• Shape how Dexerto conveys its value proposition, market position, capabilities, and authority to external audiences.
• Assist in defining the strategic narrative surrounding Dexerto’s growth, audience, innovation, and commercial strengths.
• Ensure uniformity in how Dexerto presents itself across sales materials, public relations, events, partnerships, thought leadership, and industry communications.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to pinpoint opportunities for bolstering the company’s global visibility and reputation.
• Establish and nurture relationships with relevant industry press, media outlets, PR contacts, event organizers, and trade publications.
• Identify opportunities for media coverage, commentary, interviews, speaking engagements, and market visibility.
• Drive strategic public relations initiatives that enhance awareness of Dexerto within the advertising, media, gaming, entertainment, and creator industries.
• Support senior leadership in elevating Dexerto’s external profile through coordinated thought leadership and strategic positioning efforts.
• Identify opportunities for industry partnerships, market-facing campaigns, and strategic brand enhancement.
• Lead Dexerto’s strategy for industry awards across commercial, editorial, video, social, and branded content categories.
• Work closely with Commercial, Creative Strategy, Sales, Editorial, and Leadership teams to identify strong award prospects and craft compelling submissions.
• Establish systems and processes for award tracking, submission timelines, and supporting materials.
• Assist the commercial team in reinforcing Dexerto’s positioning within pitches and external-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial growth objectives.
• Develop marketing initiatives that support lead generation and foster commercial growth.
• Identify opportunities for marketing to enhance outbound sales efforts, prospect engagement, and industry awareness.
• Create market-facing campaigns, reports, and strategic content that drive inbound interest and commercial dialogues.
• Work closely with sales leadership to comprehend pipeline priorities and support broader business development initiatives.
• Help refine how Dexerto positions itself against competitors in agency and brand discussions.
• Utilize Dexerto’s audience, platform, campaign, and industry data to develop compelling market-facing insights and narratives.
• Lead the creation of whitepapers, industry reports, trend analyses, insight decks, and research-led marketing initiatives.
• Translate complex audience and performance data into commercially valuable industry stories.
• Formulate distribution strategies for reports and insights across PR, sales, social media, partnerships, and industry channels.
• Identify the appropriate audiences, publications, and industry stakeholders for market-facing insight campaigns.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, public relations activities, awards strategy, and lead generation efforts.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks related to brand visibility, engagement, commercial support, and market impact.
• Bring accountability and a performance-driven focus to Dexerto’s external marketing activities.
• Continuously evaluate industry trends, competitor positioning, and market opportunities.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand marketing, agency marketing, media marketing, or strategic communications.
• Experience in marketing for an agency, publisher, media business, entertainment company, or public-facing brand.
• Strong understanding of the advertising, media, gaming, entertainment, and creator economy landscapes.
• Experience supporting lead generation, business development, or commercially-driven marketing functions.
• Proven experience in developing strategic marketing campaigns and market positioning initiatives.
• Significant experience in producing industry-facing reports, whitepapers, insights pieces, or thought leadership content.
• Ability to interpret audience and campaign data and translate it into compelling commercial narratives.
• Existing relationships or experience collaborating with industry media, PR contacts, trade publications, or event organizers.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience in supporting award submissions, PR campaigns, or industry recognition initiatives.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue growth.
• Ability to operate strategically while also driving execution and delivery.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• High attention to detail combined with strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
