Marketing Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in organizing and implementing marketing campaigns, communications, events, and promotional initiatives.

• Support the creation and revision of marketing materials, presentations, email communications, and digital content.

• Aid in managing project timelines, tracking tasks, obtaining approvals, and distributing marketing resources.

• Coordinate logistics for webinars, conferences, internal meetings, and client-facing events.

• Keep files, templates, contact lists, and campaign materials organized using relevant technology tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect information and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

• Monitor marketing activities and assist in reporting on campaign performance and operational support requirements.

• Provide daily administrative and production assistance for marketing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Must possess and maintain necessary licenses.

• Proficient in using relevant technology.

• Proven verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.

• Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.

• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting marketing initiatives within professional services, digital agencies, technology, or B2B settings.

• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, AI-influenced search trends, AI workflows, and new digital channels.

• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or similar platforms, and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Pardot.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, marketing platforms, and collaboration tools.

• Experience in event management, campaign support, and content development.

• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and business-to-business marketing.
