This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage EMEA events from start to finish. Plan, staff, and execute regional industry events, partner conferences, webinars, executive dinners, and roadshows — overseeing everything from venue selection to on-site management and post-event follow-up.
• Act as the on-site event manager. Take the lead during major moments — overseeing booth setup and breakdown, coordinating speaker logistics, enhancing attendee experience, capturing leads, and managing partner interactions throughout the event.
• Propel EMEA partner marketing initiatives. Collaborate with regional hyperscaler teams (Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS) and security ecosystem partners to run joint go-to-market strategies — including co-marketing campaigns, co-branded content, joint events, and the execution of MDF from claim to reporting.
• Tailor content for the EMEA region. Adapt TENEX case studies, blog posts, and event materials for local audiences and regulatory considerations (GDPR, NIS2, DORA). Translate materials as needed and commission translations when required at scale.
• Manage swag and merchandise. Source, oversee, and distribute branded merchandise for EMEA events, customer gifts, and partner activations. Maintain inventory and budget effectively.
• Lead EMEA social media efforts. Manage LinkedIn engagement and posting cadence for the region, amplify partner highlights, cover live events, and ghostwrite or assist in creating social media content for EMEA executives.
• Travel throughout the region. Expect to travel 30-40% of the time across the UK, Germany, France, Nordics, Benelux, and emerging EMEA markets.
• 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with direct involvement in events, content creation, and partner marketing — preferably within the cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS sectors.
• Proven experience as an on-site event manager — overseeing booth operations, managing vendors, and addressing real-time logistics challenges under pressure.
• Successful history of executing partner marketing or co-marketing initiatives with hyperscalers or significant technology vendors in the EMEA region.
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team — you take initiative, measure outcomes, and refine strategies without requiring multiple layers of approval.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% throughout EMEA, including occasional weekends for major events.
• Bonus Points:
• - Experience in marketing managed services, MDR, MSSP, or SOC offerings.
• - Proficiency in business English and an additional EMEA language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch).
• - Established relationships with Google Cloud, Microsoft, or AWS partner marketing teams in the EMEA region.
• - Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or 6sense.
• - Previous experience in establishing a regional marketing function from the ground up in a high-growth startup.
• Attractive salary and benefits package
• A culture focused on growth and development, with opportunities to deepen your knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
