Marketing Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at driving growth, engagement, and retention across all channels.

• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and a significant contribution to revenue growth.

• Lead a cohesive planning process to guarantee that campaigns and communications are integrated across various audience segments and touchpoints.

• Oversee the creation of programs that foster revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to long-term retention.

• Manage marketing performance across the entire funnel, optimizing initiatives based on data, attribution, and their impact on revenue.

• Work with internal partners to design, launch, and assess digital campaigns (including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid media).

• Spearhead messaging and campaign development for research releases, product launches, webinars, and events.

• Provide marketing support for McLean & Company events, conferences, and webinars to enhance attendance and engagement.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a multidisciplinary marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership in integrated campaigns that focus on acquisition and engagement.

• Demonstrated success in revenue growth marketing, marketing automation, and optimizing digital campaigns.

• Extensive experience managing cross-channel marketing efforts, including email, social media, events, and web.

• Capability to translate complex business priorities into clear marketing strategies and actionable plans.

• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring marketing performance, interpreting data, and modifying tactics to enhance results.

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is advantageous for supporting our diverse client base across North America and globally.
