
Marketing Data Scientist – Data & AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Work in close collaboration with the Snowflake engineering team to define, specify, and validate data requirements for models and AI applications.
• Act as the liaison between data engineering and AI/ML teams, ensuring that data is structured, clean, and optimized for downstream applications.
• Facilitate and support agentic AI workflows by designing and maintaining the data layers that enable agent memory, context retrieval, and tool usage.
• Develop and manage data models and transformation logic on the Snowflake platform to support both predictive and generative AI use cases.
• Identify and address data quality issues in partnership with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with marketing science and analytics teams to ensure data assets are accessible and ready for modeling.
• Automate and enhance data validation processes to increase the reliability of AI-facing data pipelines.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Science or a related data engineering role.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Extensive expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, Snowpark, and advanced querying techniques.
• Around 2 years of practical experience in powering agentic AI workflows with data (e.g., RAG pipelines, structured data for LLM tool usage, agent memory, and context layers).
• Knowledge of vector databases or embedding-based retrieval systems (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
• Experience working collaboratively with data engineering teams.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
