This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Construct and implement demand forecasting and pipeline prediction models that estimate revenue outcomes at the campaign, segment, and market levels.
• Create and sustain lead scoring, audience propensity, and opportunity scoring models to enhance targeting and prioritize sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and model the correlation between marketing investments, channel performance, and revenue outcomes, linking expenditures to growth.
• Identify valuable market segments and audiences through data modeling to guide competitive strategies.
• Design personalization models and frameworks that facilitate customized customer experiences across various channels, including dynamic content, offers, and next-best-action recommendations.
• Oversee and refine the revenue data ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, influencing data capture methods, and making it model-ready across different systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to establish forecasting methodologies and integrate models into operational workflows.
• Convert complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions at the executive level.
• 8 years of experience in Data Science, Revenue Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in creating predictive and demand forecasting models linked to revenue outcomes.
• In-depth understanding of CRM data ecosystems and the interconnectivity of marketing and sales data, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience.
• High proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience in modeling pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue velocity throughout the entire funnel.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Comprehensive understanding of the complete B2B revenue funnel—from awareness and demand generation to pipeline and closed revenue—and how data flows throughout.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to connect predictive model results to strategic marketing and revenue decisions.
• The ability to influence RevOps, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
• A proven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, commercially-focused environments.
