
Marketing Data Coordinator – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate contact information to assess its suitability for inclusion in the Blue Matter (BM) CRM system.
• Collect contact details through web research, LinkedIn, and various other platforms to enhance the CRM system’s contact database.
• Format and prepare data for integration into the CRM system.
• Review, cleanse, update, de-duplicate, and verify existing account and contact data within the CRM system.
• Augment CRM data by incorporating additional information as specified.
• Execute data queries and produce reports as instructed.
• Support the development and updating of marketing target lists.
• Utilize dashboards to monitor the “health” of CRM account and contact data and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
• Knowledge or experience with databases and/or CRM systems (Salesforce.com experience is preferred).
• Familiarity or experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot is preferred).
• Skilled in performing online searches and utilizing AI tools to gather information.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience is strongly preferred.
• Must exhibit high levels of organization.
• Strong attention to detail is essential, especially when reviewing or compiling data.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and resolve issues effectively.
• A 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred.
• Participation in a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
