This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the implementation of go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and nurturing campaigns (email, web, paid, and social) by organizing tasks, timelines, and necessary approvals.
• Develop and modify marketing materials using established templates (landing pages, emails, one-pagers, presentations) while ensuring that content aligns with brand standards and is free from errors.
• Compose and review content for primary channels (email, social media, web) with support from the marketing manager.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous marketing initiatives by tracking timelines, intake details, and dependencies; proactively communicate progress, potential risks, and next steps.
• Organize logistics for webinars and virtual events (speaker preparation, invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups).
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather input, integrate feedback, and meet project deadlines.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency in drafting, research, and basic reporting, exercising sound judgment and adhering to brand standards.
• Monitor and report on the performance of various campaigns and channels (e.g., email, landing pages, webinars), providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, digital marketing, or a related discipline (internships/co-op experience is encouraged).
• Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adhere to established processes and templates.
• Proficient in using AI tools for increased efficiency (e.g., drafting, summarizing, researching) while exercising good judgment, safeguarding sensitive data, and maintaining brand integrity.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines; strong organizational and follow-through skills are essential.
• Effective communicator who can produce concise, on-brand copy and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Available to commence work by a mutually agreed date and able to commit through the end of the specified term.
