This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create original content for blogs, emails, Substack, social media, and community platforms.
• Distribute and format content natively across platforms like Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Substack.
• Actively engage in comments, communities, and discussions on behalf of the brand.
• Edit short-form video clips and platform-specific variations as needed (full design and production responsibilities lie with our agency).
• Develop and manage the monthly and quarterly content calendar.
• Ensure that paid channel creative remains fresh and is planned at least one month in advance to avoid last-minute shipping and stale content.
• Coordinate projects with our external design and video agency as well as internal departments.
• Organize and manage the asset library to ensure the team can easily find what they need.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and keep stakeholders aligned and proactive.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, PowerBI, and platform-specific tools.
• Oversee and coordinate A/B testing with our SEM manager, from hypothesis formulation to readout and subsequent recommendations.
• Convert numerical data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the CMO.
• Monitor campaign performance against objectives, identifying what is effective, what is not, and the reasons behind it.
• Develop and maintain AI workflows that minimize manual tasks across the marketing function.
• Assist the team in enhancing its AI proficiency over time.
• A minimum of 3 years in a marketing, content, or coordinator role is required (strong generalists are welcome if they possess genuine AI fluency).
• Practical, daily experience with either Claude (preferred) or ChatGPT, including projects, custom instructions, and document workflows is essential.
• Proficiency in ClickUp, Google Analytics (GA4), PowerBI, and Figma is required.
• A strong writer with versatility, comfortable transitioning from long-form posts or articles to short-form copy or engaging captions is necessary.
• Ability to distribute and engage content across various platforms, with an understanding of how each platform rewards different content, is required.
• Basic video editing skills for short-form cuts and platform-specific edits are needed.
• High level of ownership and follow-through, particularly in a remote, asynchronous environment, is essential.
• Experience publishing on Substack is preferred.
• Familiarity with Reddit communities, their etiquette, and what resonates there is preferred.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar is preferred.
• Background in fintech, automotive, lending, or consumer finance is preferred.
