This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the execution of tradeshows.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of tradeshows and events, encompassing registration, logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, budget management, and on-site execution readiness.
• Ensure impeccable execution with a keen eye for detail.
• Organize and implement corporate events.
• Assist in the planning and execution of both internal and external events, guaranteeing that timelines, logistics, and deliverables are managed effectively.
• Take charge of marketing project coordination.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, driving timelines, gathering feedback, securing approvals, and ensuring that final deliverables are precise and timely.
• Manage surveys and reporting processes.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys, monitor performance, and provide structured, actionable reporting (experience preferred).
• Develop business forms and documentation.
• Supervise marketing assets and inventory.
• Keep track of sales and marketing materials inventory, including promotional items, ensuring accurate tracking, reordering, and distribution.
• Maintain marketing collateral and version control.
• Update, archive, and organize materials to guarantee that teams always have access to the most current assets.
• Assist with website updates and basic analytics reporting.
• Support the creation of sales materials, patient content, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to bolster broader marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience with direct, hands-on management of tradeshow and event logistics.
• Outstanding organizational and detail management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing corporate events.
• Experience in managing inventory or marketing assets.
• Proven ability to conduct satisfaction surveys, track performance metrics, and deliver clear, organized, and actionable reports (preferred).
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to quickly adapt and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, along with experience in content management systems.
