Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the production and distribution of digital and email marketing solutions tailored to the automotive sector.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet contractual obligations and address any issues related to the supported solutions.

• Ensure that all new and ongoing campaigns are executed in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to coordinate all facets of new client onboarding and monthly deployment cycles.

• Manage monthly client updates for email and digital marketing initiatives while coordinating with the Creative team on specifics, offers, and requirements.

• Submit proofs for client approval and co-op pre-approval when necessary.

• Perform consistently, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency.

• Escalate issues and challenges through the appropriate channels as needed.

• Recognize your influence on the success of client relationships and consistently strive to exceed client expectations.

• Keep the Sales Team updated on the status and all relevant information regarding the fulfillment of each project or campaign, including any issues, bugs, or obstacles.

• Foster a team-oriented environment by engaging clients and coworkers with professionalism and respect.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a comparable relevant experience.

• Two years of experience in marketing.

• Strong skills in organization, time management, and process management.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results within a deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Attention to detail is paramount.

• Capacity to collaborate across various departments and function effectively as a team player.

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
