This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of G&G's commercial messaging and campaign strategies.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to convert strategic goals into actionable content and campaigns.
• Implement targeted marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and nurturing sequences.
• Create and refine sales and marketing materials such as case studies, application briefs, and campaign collateral.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including email metrics and engagement statistics.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing technical or industrial B2B products.
• Practical experience in creating and executing email campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
• Capability to produce sales-enablement materials, including case studies, application briefs, and customer-facing communication.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to convert technical features into clear customer benefits.
• Experience in supporting sales teams, distributors, or representative networks.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with sales leadership on messaging and campaign priorities.
