This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist in the implementation of integrated campaigns utilizing data analytics within CRM platforms (e.g., Braze) to assess effectiveness, identify shortcomings, and understand underlying reasons.
• Provide support to the broader MarComm team as needed, ensuring campaign precision through quality assurance protocols, legal and compliance approvals, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Adhere to established protocols for maintaining analytics documentation and ensuring clarity of analytics for key stakeholders using control group testing, standardization and normalization techniques, data visualization through the company’s data portal, and other necessary systems.
• Track and report on campaign performance utilizing dashboards and structured reporting templates, focusing on key metrics such as:
• Open/Click-through/Conversion Rates
• Segment performance variance
• Retention and re-engagement KPIs
• Initiate and assist with data extractions to guide iterative strategy adjustments and micro-segmentation initiatives.
• Collaborate on developing customized content that aligns with behavioral and demographic segmentation, prioritizing message relevance and return on investment.
• Work alongside internal teams to brainstorm, create, and analyze content variations for performance enhancement (including copy A/B tests, CTAs, and cadence tests).
• Offer insight-driven recommendations grounded in historical performance data and benchmark trends.
• Monitor and identify potential risks in project workflows, proposing preventive strategies and contingency plans to avoid delays or compliance issues.
• A background in marketing, analytics, communications, or a related field.
• Previous internships or academic projects related to campaign management, marketing analytics, or content creation are preferred.
• Expertise in data-driven marketing techniques with the ability to distill insights from campaign performance reports.
• Foundational experience with tools such as Redash (or similar business intelligence platforms), Excel/Google Sheets, Braze, and Figma; familiarity with CRM segmentation logic and data fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency in short-form copywriting and quality assurance for campaign assets.
• Capability to leverage AI for enhancing operational efficiencies.
• Comfort in working within agile, matrixed teams that require multiple inputs and quick turnaround times.
