This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Creating, localizing, and distributing strategic press releases aimed at Italian media channels.
• Conceptualizing and implementing communication campaigns to showcase strategic partnerships and new integrations within Italy.
• Overseeing PR and marketing relationships with Italian commercial partners to organize and promote collaborative activities.
• Strategic and operational oversight of LinkedIn Italy and evaluation/management of other pertinent platforms.
• Monitoring, managing, and cultivating Base.com's brand image and user feedback across partner sites.
• Establishing and managing the Italian editorial calendar.
• Tailoring Base.com's global tone of voice, messaging, and marketing assets for optimal effectiveness in the Italian market.
• Technical and operational oversight of email marketing initiatives.
• Coordination of operational, logistical, and communication aspects for Base.com Italy's involvement in trade shows, conferences, and workshops.
• Developing content and strategies to enhance impact and generate leads from event participation.
• Serving as the primary contact and managing workflow with any external agencies or consultants.
• Overseeing and technically coordinating external freelancers for the creation of Italian marketing materials.
• Collaborating with Italian colleagues to ensure alignment in personal communication on LinkedIn and to amplify the brand voice.
• Continuous monitoring and monthly reporting of key marketing KPIs for the Italian market.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in marketing, digital communication, or PR roles.
• Prior experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, or tech sectors is strongly preferred.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and resourcefulness are essential.
• Strong self-management abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment independently.
• A genuine eagerness to learn, develop, and establish the role from the ground up, taking full ownership of the Italian marketing operations.
