Marketing and Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Formulate and execute social media strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and increasing brand visibility.

• Produce, edit, and publish both short-form and long-form video content.

• Create basic graphics and marketing materials for digital campaigns.

• Track social media performance and offer suggestions for enhancements.

• Assist with content planning and upkeep of the content calendar.

• Conduct minor website updates, which involve editing text, uploading content, and making basic adjustments as required.

• Work collaboratively with the team to support marketing efforts, promotions, and special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or healthcare practices.

• Proficient video editing skills using software such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent platforms.

• Knowledge of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.

• Basic website editing experience with platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

• Preferred experience in marketing for healthcare or medical practices.

• Knowledge in content creation and strategies for social media growth.

• Basic requirements include proficiency in clear spoken and written English.

• Relevant work experience is essential.

• Ability to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check prior to onboarding is mandatory.

• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when required.
