Marketing and Communications Working Student

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to conceive and execute creative ideas for new content pieces, including blogs, industry reports, webinars, whitepapers, and ebooks.

• Regularly write, update, and manage content for various digital communication channels, such as social media, websites, and newsletters.

• Assist in optimizing the search engine visibility of our website content.

• Create marketing assets, including LinkedIn ad creatives/posts and videos, while ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all promotional materials.

• Conduct marketing research to stay informed about market trends and developments, and proactively suggest new initiatives and processes to enhance marketing efforts.

• Provide general assistance, which may include research, translations between German and English, writing, and proofreading texts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business, graphic design, web development, or similar).

• A strong passion for writing and content creation; prior experience in content development is a significant advantage.

• Good editorial skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly.

• Familiarity with design tools and Canva.

• Experience in using tools like GPT or Claude for content inspiration generation.

• Basic understanding of web development and SEO; experience with WordPress is a plus.

• Capability to work autonomously, efficiently, and collaboratively within a team setting.

• A proactive, organized, and open-minded approach with a “can do, will do!” attitude.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
