This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Draft email newsletters, brainstorm email marketing campaigns, and collaborate with email marketing platforms.
• Generate content for social media and website copy, develop internal communication materials, and edit and proofread content from various projects.
• Assist in executing the internal communications strategy.
• Help maintain a consistent social media presence across different platforms and create social media kits.
• Oversee branding and editing requirements for webinars.
• Aid in managing and updating websites on Wix, WordPress, and Squarespace.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels (email, social, web, events).
• Support the development of messaging, creative concepts, and content calendars.
• Track metrics across various platforms.
• Assist in crafting marketing plans for organizational events, including webinars, conferences, and gatherings.
• Ensure uniformity across all materials.
• Work with existing branded content using Canva or comparable platforms.
• Proficient in HubSpot, Canva, Zoom, Squarespace, Wix, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana (or similar project management tools).
• Experience in writing and editing for diverse audiences and across multiple marketing channels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, and/or digital media.
• Willingness to travel as required - less than 5% of the role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
