
Marketing Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and uphold Marathon's marketing attribution model, determining which interactions across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and outreach from the care team are driving activation, empanelment, and ongoing engagement.
• Create standardized campaign performance dashboards for the marketing team to enhance optimization efforts.
• Take ownership of funnel analysis throughout the entire member journey, from eligibility to activation, empanelment, and sustained engagement, while identifying the points of member drop-off and the reasons behind them.
• Design and assess incrementality tests to differentiate genuine campaign impact from natural member behavior.
• Collaborate with the lifecycle marketing manager and marketing automation team to establish test methodologies, measurement strategies, and success criteria for incrementality, A/B, and other experimental formats, while leading the analysis and reporting that translates results into actionable optimization insights.
• Act as the analytical bridge across marketing automation, engagement enablement, product, data, and engineering teams, ensuring accurate data flow and consistent interpretation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, coupled with 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a similar role, preferably within consumer health, digital health, or subscription settings; or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Expertise in Tableau or a similar BI tool, with the capability to create dashboards from the ground up rather than merely managing existing ones.
• Strong SQL proficiency and the ability to extract data from various systems and sources comfortably.
