• Strategize, design, review, and distribute email marketing, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns, ensuring optimal methods for each communication channel;
• Oversee seasonal, promotional, and relationship-building marketing initiatives;
• Set up UTMs, links, and campaign assets;
• Track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, CTOR, and others;
• Execute A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and layouts, suggesting ongoing enhancements;
• Organize, clean, and segment lead and customer databases;
• Create automated nurturing, qualification, and re-engagement workflows;
• Develop comprehensive customer journeys aligned with the sales funnel;
• Continuously refine workflows based on user behavior and performance metrics;
• Work alongside the commercial/sales team to transition MQL to SQL;
• Ensure consistency between marketing efforts and the sales CRM;
• Assist inbound strategies aimed at generating opportunities.
• Prior experience in Inbound Marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (such as RD Station, HubSpot or similar);
• Proficiency in generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) for crafting, reviewing, and enhancing content workflows and copy;
• Understanding of copywriting techniques and psychological triggers relevant to emails, WhatsApp, and CTAs;
• Capability to utilize AI for data analysis, deriving insights from sales funnels, and automating routine tasks;
• Skill in generating reports, interpreting sales funnels, and proposing data-driven enhancements;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments;
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for list management and a keen eye on email deliverability;
• Proficient reading skills in English;
• Quick learner of new software and technologies;
• Clear and accurate written communication skills in Portuguese;
• Enjoyment in collaborating at the intersection of marketing and sales teams;
• Experience in integrating marketing with sales (CRM);
• Familiarity with lead acquisition strategies;
• Knowledge of A/B testing for optimizing campaigns;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
