This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and provide reports on social media performance, the effectiveness of campaigns, and insights from social listening to shape strategies and enhance client outcomes.

• Report directly to the Head of Analytics while collaborating closely with account, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are guided by precise and actionable data.

• Work alongside account managers, content creators, and strategy teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making during campaign planning and execution.

• Investigate emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and audience behaviors to guide client strategies.

• Assist in delivering reporting across various channels by comprehending data structures, tagging, measurement strategies, and reporting requirements.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all analytics reports and deliverables.

• Collect, process, and analyze data from various digital and social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.

• Create both regular and ad hoc reports that assess campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency sectors.

• Proven experience in analyzing performance across social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and other digital channels.

• Proficiency in social media analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, X/Twitter Analytics, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or comparable tools.

• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is advantageous.

• Strong ability to interpret data and convert findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present insights in an engaging and understandable manner.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining reporting accuracy.
