This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee and maintain the company’s websites, ensuring timely and accurate updates through WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Collaborate with various internal teams to collect and publish content updates that align with brand standards and business requirements.
• Guarantee uniformity and professionalism in content presentation across all devices and screen sizes.
• Regularly check websites for obsolete information, broken links, or technical difficulties, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Execute consistent content and configuration updates across digital platforms, including client and partner portals.
• Work closely with the project management team to implement updates according to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate internal approval processes and conduct quality assurance checks prior to publishing.
• Manage multilingual content updates in partnership with translators and upload translated materials to the appropriate systems.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to facilitate new product launches, campaign rollouts, and updates to landing pages.
• Assist with email marketing content updates to ensure that messaging is timely, relevant, and consistent with the brand.
• Support the management of internal ticketing systems related to website and content updates.
• A university degree in Marketing or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
• Previous experience with CMS platforms (particularly WordPress), CRM systems, or digital content tools is highly sought after.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills – must be team-oriented, approachable, and communicative.
• Capable of working under pressure, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and ability to swiftly adapt to new tools and processes.
• Familiarity with digital content workflows, user experience principles, and best practices for cross-platform publishing.
