This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• In this role, you will collaborate across various systems to deliver a comprehensive array of business support services, which includes recording, updating, and maintaining cloud-based systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics), generating and coordinating IMACs, and efficiently progressing orders from receipt to invoicing while also assisting the broader team with daily administrative tasks.
• You will facilitate daily sales needs within the quote to cash process by creating records in Dynamics and liaising with vendors.
• Prepare quotes for the sales team.
• Solicit quotes from vendors.
• Aid in processing renewals by generating quotes and overseeing the renewal mailbox.
• Support vendor and customer communication by keeping an eye on the shared delivery mailbox.
• Handle cancellation requests and effectively communicate them to suppliers and our internal accounts team to confirm client terminations.
• Ensure that Contacts and Accounts are accurately documented.
• Maintain ownership of Accounts & Opportunities.
• Previous experience as an administration assistant or in a business support role within a commercial setting.
• Prior experience in a project support capacity.
• Capability to drive project-based initiatives and manage tasks, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and project risks.
• Previous technical experience is advantageous, particularly with knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics and Service Now platforms, ecosystems, and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Strong commercial awareness along with financial and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, required for liaising with the management team and internal staff across various levels.
• Ability to take the initiative and be proactive.
• A self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
