This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for designated clients in collaboration with Program teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction while enhancing relationships with a designated portfolio of accounts.
• Discover opportunities to broaden service offerings and implement innovative marketing strategies, channels, or service lines.
• Cultivate new business prospects within current clients to achieve revenue objectives.
• Work alongside Business Development, Program teams, and Program Directors to pinpoint and expand opportunities across regions.
• Gain insights into market specifics for assigned client segments, including competitive dynamics, high-performing strategies, and consumer preferences.
• Partner with senior account managers on everyday marketing planning, development, and execution for a range of clients.
• Anticipate and monitor key account performance metrics (e.g., quarterly results, annual forecasts).
• Analyze data to guide strategy and enhance performance.
• Create creative/strategy briefs and ensure they align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Producers to guide projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Work with Financial Operations and Producers to guarantee timely and precise invoicing.
• Contribute to meeting agency KPIs and revenue targets.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is preferred.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in marketing account management, client services, or similar fields.
• Strong grasp of integrated marketing campaigns and project management.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building abilities.
