This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee the client reporting process by collaborating with internal teams to guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations.
• Detect and assist in resolving discrepancies in reporting, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between Client Services and internal departments to enhance communication and ensure follow-through.
• Aid in client-related deliverables, including handling requests and supporting Account Executives and Sales Coordinators.
• Keep precise and organized documentation of client accounts, encompassing reporting schedules and trackers.
• Maintain consistency and accessibility of operational records.
• Proactively identify and address routine operational challenges.
• Contribute to process enhancements by optimizing workflows, improving communication, and boosting efficiency.
• Assist in the development and refinement of procedures and documentation.
• Preferred: Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required: 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or healthcare operations.
• Strongly preferred: Prior experience in managed care or health insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across teams.
• Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred: Experience with project tracking tools or CRM systems.
• Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented attitude.
