This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Supervise the daily operations of 4–8 express carwash locations.

• Perform regular site inspections to assess wash quality, cleanliness, staffing, and compliance with standards.

• Assist Site Managers in implementing company policies and adhering to standard operating procedures.

• Support scheduling, labor management, and task distribution during peak times or staffing shortages.

• Mentor and guide Site Managers to cultivate strong, committed teams.

• Aid in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of front-line staff and future leaders.

• Ensure that every site provides quick, friendly, and reliable service.

• Confirm that all locations uphold cleanliness standards, conduct equipment checks, and follow daily/weekly routines.

• Track daily equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance teams to arrange repairs.

• Analyze location-specific KPIs with Site Managers and assist in developing action plans for enhancement.

• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in express carwash, retail, service, or field operations.

• Experience in managing or supporting multiple sites is preferred.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel daily between designated locations.

• Comfortable working around mechanical equipment and in outdoor settings.

• Capable of standing and walking across sites for extended durations.

• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds as required during site visits.

• Willingness to work outdoors throughout the year.
