Market Lead, Network Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with provider organizations, physicians, and practice staff to enhance engagement and facilitate behavior change.

• Forge solid working relationships with the health plan partner network operations team to synchronize on provider engagement strategies and communications.

• Collaborate with the Belong Health Partner Success team to ensure alignment on shared goals and priorities.

• Conduct in-person and remote meetings with providers to assess performance, explore cost management opportunities, and discuss contracting modifications.

• Recognize and prioritize the needs and concerns of providers; devise solutions that enhance the patient experience while lowering healthcare costs.

• Utilize data and analytics to augment provider engagement and to perpetually refine outreach strategies and field deployment.

• Act as a vital local resource and relationship manager as the Birmingham market is established and the partnership develops.

• Execute other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in or be able to travel frequently to the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health plan, provider-side value-based care organization, healthcare consulting, or a comparable environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with providers and practice staff.

• Proven ability to manage multiple provider relationships and collaborate with both external and internal matrix partners.

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, health plan economics, and provider motivations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Psychology is required; a graduate degree in Business, Public Health, or Health Administration is preferred.
