Market Insights Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assess and monitor product-level engagement throughout the client portfolio, identifying trends, usage patterns, and areas for optimization.

• Classify client data and product adoption metrics by industry, vertical, and segment to set baseline benchmarks.

• Collaborate with Analytics and Platform teams to extract, clean, and synthesize historical performance data into actionable insights.

• Convert raw product engagement data into regular benchmarks and template-driven presentations that highlight value and growth opportunities.

• Fill template-based presentations with precise, verified data for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and business evaluations.

• Assist in the creation of collateral for prospective pitches and marketing nurture campaigns using verified data points and vertical-specific benchmarks.

• Provide basic reporting support and regular data updates for Client Partner teams.

• Offer daily analytical support to Strategists and Client Partner teams.

• Help maintain a centralized reference library of recurring benchmarks, template-based presentations, and standardized reporting data.

• Conduct quality assurance and data cleanup to ensure accuracy and consistency across client-facing strategic materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong capability to execute standardized data pulls, clean data, and populate template-driven presentations.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately conduct quality assurance on datasets.

• Strong emphasis on data accuracy, data cleanup, and thorough quality assurance.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing, channel ecosystems, or SaaS product engagement metrics is advantageous.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across strategy, analytics, and client-facing teams.
