This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Evaluate, qualify, and manage incoming leads as they enter the CRM system.
• Create and implement targeted outbound prospecting campaigns utilizing Apollo, LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach to generate new sales prospects.
• Perform outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with potential subscribers.
• Consistently follow up on inbound inquiries and leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Assess customer needs and qualify opportunities for senior sales team members.
• Arrange meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives and senior sales leadership.
• Serve as the primary meeting coordinator for the sales team, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified appointments.
• Keep precise records of lead activities, conversations, and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to enhance lead qualification processes and conversion rates.
• Ensure the quality of CRM data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date prospect information.
• Monitor lead activity, outreach effectiveness, and meeting-booking metrics using Excel and CRM reporting tools.
• Assist with sales reporting and pipeline management tasks as required.
• Work alongside marketing, research, and sales teams to optimize lead generation and prospect engagement.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar role.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in engaging prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable prospecting tools.
• Understanding of sales playbooks, prospecting methodologies, and best practices for outreach execution.
