Market Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement regional growth strategies targeting Latin American markets.

• Establish connections with Certification Bodies, manufacturers, exporters, and strategic partners to boost the adoption of BRCGS programs.

• Recognize commercial prospects with organizations catering to North American and European retailers, brands, and supply chains.

• Enhance BRCGS visibility through industry events, seminars, partner interactions, and focused regional campaigns.

• Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform regional priorities.

• Oversee the sales pipeline, project opportunities, and accomplish growth objectives.

• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to integrate customer feedback into products, campaigns, and overall commercial strategy.

• Represent BRCGS at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences throughout Latin America.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, market development, or commercial growth across various Latin American markets.

• Demonstrated success in generating revenue growth within a B2B services context.

• Background in certification, assurance, compliance, food safety, testing, inspection, or a related field.

• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with senior leaders, Certification Bodies, strategic partners, and major customer organizations.

• Strong commercial awareness, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.

• Capacity to analyze market trends and convert insights into actionable commercial strategies.

• Experience in working across diverse cultures and markets.

• Proficiency in English along with Spanish and/or Portuguese.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Latin America.

• Flexibility to support global business initiatives.
