This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Utilize senior-level connections across AFLCMC, SSC, operational MAJCOMs (such as ACC, AMC, AFSOC, PACAF), and Space Force Deltas to shape requirements and gain support for Silvus networking technologies.
β’ Position Silvus within future joint and service architectures, including advanced battle management systems, operational imperative initiatives, joint all-domain command and control, and resilient communications for air and space operations.
β’ Foster alignment with capability roadmaps that back distributed airborne networks, beyond-line-of-sight command and control, autonomous systems, and multi-security transport.
β’ Act as the senior "market anchor" across Air & Space Force efforts, ensuring synchronized engagement among Strategic Growth, DoD Sales, OEM/Prime Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
β’ Offer ongoing insights into USAF/USSF modernization priorities, pathways for acquisition, and future force design.
β’ Establish Silvus's presence in POR pipeline opportunities from the earliest stages.
β’ Create and implement the Air & Space Force Market Development Plan, which includes defining objectives, cultivating key relationships, and setting transition milestones for downstream business development owners.
β’ High School Diploma/GED.
β’ At least 8 years of proven experience in strategic relationship management, account management, or government relations within the defense sector.
β’ Previous service in the U.S. Air Force / Space Force or senior leadership experience in relevant mission areas such as C5ISR, airborne communications, space systems, or autonomous platforms.
β’ A well-established and verifiable network within critical USAF/USSF organizations (for example, AFLCMC Directorates, Space Systems Command, AFSOC, test units, and operational wings).
β’ Expert understanding of the USAF/USSF mission framework, budgeting, and governance processes.
β’ Proven experience in influencing acquisition and capability development within the DoD environment.
β’ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
β’ Strategic thinking ability to independently drive long-term campaign planning.
β’ Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the capacity to obtain one within 12 months of hiring.
β’ Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contracts with U.S. government clients.
β’ Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
